If I had the experience you had, I would have exactly the same questions that you're having. I don't think you're being a bigot. My only suggestion is that unless you know for certain she was acting out of malice, a negative rating on HX isn't called for.

I mean, personally I don't see why it would matter if she was a man, woman, or Martian. You saw what you were sticking your dick into and you had every opportunity to walk away. If she was hot enough at that time, then that's all that matters. You're not having a relationship. It didn't affect the session or your safety, it's just an intellectual exercise after the fact.
With that said, it's probably preferable that she disclose this, yeah. But I can see why she wouldn't, especially if it's a complete transition and you couldn't tell otherwise.
