When the 737 MAX comes back in to service, will you be willing to fly on one?

If Boeing changed the name of the plane to Bright Eagle, would you be willing to fly on one?

Sure. They will have had far greater scrutiny than any other airplane flying out there.

What if they only "require" iPad sessions before returning to the air?

I don't fly third world carriers. Domestic airline pilots don't fuck up nearly as often as the fly by night airlines. The pilot of the Ethiopian Airliner had never trained in the max simulator.

I am specifically talking about overall training of pilots. Our domestic airline pilots have way more hours of training and experience than the third world carriers. Our pilots would also know to disable the alert if they were confident the plane was not climbing too quickly.

Flying to vacation in September. Specifically looked at the type of plane prior to making my decision.

And you two need to get a room.

(Jazz needs high blood pressure meds...just sayin)

You may not have to worry about the kind of plane cause Boeing may be lucky to certify the MAX and train pilots by Sept.

I don't need high blood pressure meds...you are the one all freaked out over whether to fly the 737 Max.

You have a 1 in 114 chance of dying in a car crash according to the National Safety Council and 1 in 9,821 in a plane crash in your lifetime.

35,000 motor vehicle deaths each year in the U.S. I am totally confident in flying....

Question is: will you fly any cheap ass airline?

From the NTSB. " If we are going to sell planes worldwide, We need to Train The Plane to the LOWEST COMMON DENOMINATOR."

That is a true and bold testament on the state of globalization and first world technology.

Maybe not 'freaked out' about it, but certainly a little obsessed since you came onto a social network board and posted a blog.....guess you just love to bring up every bit of news out there.

No bright boy, just curious if people will stay away or fly on the plane. (Could affect Boeing stock...if I had any) Doesn't make me "freaked," "obsessed," a WAMB, or a raving Dem. lunatic. MAGA!
