Trump continues to pose more and more sanctions against North Korea. If other nations held firm and didn't violate the sanctions by selling and buying stuff from NK, Kim would be forced to negotiate and put things on the table we truly want.
But the sanctions will be a 'drip, drip, drip of North Korea's life blood.....if their economy drops any further, the people may revolt.

I think as foreign nations see the bumbling Democrats and their policy direction that will turn off a majority of American voters, they will start to realize they will have to deal with Trump until 2024. So can't go into a 'stall', they must act moving forward.

Otto Warmbier was held in North Korea for 383 days while Obama was president. We don't know what, if anything, Obama did to try to obtain Warmbier's release. Warmbier's parents certainly don't think he did enough.
Warmbier was returned to the U.S. 144 days after Trump was inaugurated.
If Warmbier's blood is on the hands of any president, those hands belong to Barack Obama, not Donald Trump.

Fuck Trump but it's about time someone extended the olive branch to Kim Jong Un. While he is a murdering bastard, the political dynamics in North Korea are not what they seem on the outside. It's a ruthless feudal system there and the only way Un retains power is to be crazier than his generals. Our foreign policy approach needs to be different. And we may need to change our goal from reunification to a two state solution. If we are able to bring N. Korea into the global society they may become a non-threat.
