OP, I did that earlier this year...laying in a hospital bed for weeks on end, definitely gives you a chance to reflect.

That's my point HotRodHarry... We shouldn't wait till we're bound to bed before we stop to acknowledge or appreciate our blessings. They surround us daily and are plentiful.

In the morning when I'm having my coffee and listening to the radio I hear the traffic report and feel sorry for those poor bastards on the freeway and think I'm blessed that I don't have to commute.
I'm blessed to have access to so many hotties.
