Back then, Wharton Business School was where you went when you could not succeed in the Business program at U of Penn. Wharton was the university's less-rigorous vocational school with a degree.
Even so, I still cannot believe Trump graduated any respectable college without cheating. Aside from my policy disagreements with the man, he is just an imbecile.
