In a perfect world what op feels about this is wonderful and yes I'd agree but some , I'm not sure how many or who, but some... May not have that CHOICE some may be controlled by another. Some may have a past that prevents them from doing things other than this. Some aren't sure whether they wanna be here or not some want to be here some days and other days wish they weren't. Everyone has a different life. Do they not? So you never know what variables cause current decisions I'm someone's life so... Se la vi

I agree with your sentiment but it is totally unrealistic.
Most people do not like their jobs so what makes you think it would be any different here? And do you expect any person would publicly state they hate being here?
