Until Barry Goldwater campaigned against the Civil Rights Act while running for president and brought the former slave owning states to the GOP. Since that election, the white south has gone for the GOP every time. The descendants of the slave owners include Mitch McConnell and the rest of Republican party.

Did everyone completely miss the fact that SHE requested the interview, and SHE requested to accompany him on a road trip.
