enjoyment, then content with what i get, and now?
that's gone. i don't even remember the best memory.

there is unfairness in the workplace. never mind EEO.
you are a capable employee. if you are lucky, you get promoted... slower than others, or not at all. co-workers encourage you. hope for you. but there are unwritten biases against you. you are more knowledgable and work harder. do more. but no promotion. now, it's affecting your retirement. necause every dollar counts.
