A military facility staff who allowed their perimeter to be breached would be a disgrace to the code and would be quickly sorted out by their superiors.

By the way ... Robin Williams opened for Richard Pryor that night at the Comedy Store. Who knows??? Maybe he'll bring Mork along to use advanced Orkian technology to get the people who aren't ridin horseys over the fence and over to the alien townhouses (and dorms for their kids and the military officers) who are taking classes in faster-than-lightspeed-travel???
