I've been in the adult industry for 19 years and I met Mia briefly. At that time she was on top of the world as arguably one of the most popular adult performers. With that said. Now let it seem I counterdict myself with the following statement.
From what the impressions I've gotten from interviews. She seems to be "live for the moment", type of persona, then later regret her decisions. Rash decisions. With cultural upbringing ingrained conflictions. Also seems to try to maneuver into anyway to get income and maintain the higher life style. That's not a bad thing. Survival is tough and power to obtaining those means.
It's more of recognize what she's doing. Seems to be pulling the controversy, sensationalism, cultural outage line to maintain income.
Unfortunately sensationalism has gotten out of control in general in the USA. Due to the lack of forgetting high school level essay writing. The lack of critical comprehension and lack of cross referencing of posts or pieces.
Just enjoy her sensationalism, no need to take her serious for some stuff. Let her be and don't be mean to her.
The one I remember was somewhat bad and example of controversy with sensationalism. 2020 Beirut, Lebanon explosion of the improperly stored ammonium nitrate at the Port of Beirut.
She did a social media post reprimanding the local municipality for arresting people for rebuilding their own home without permit. Found the piece link below "Distracting the useless Lebanese police from arresting citizens for rebuilding their own homes without permits"
That's just a snippet of information.The arresting part if it's repeated disobeying warnings not to.
Could possibly be seen understandable to arrest. But again lack of information the municipality should be providing shelter, since they caused the problem. Sensationalism rash, lack of information, with her influence this could cause people to feel empowered and totally disregard safety standards. Later injuring or killing people from disregarding building standards.
The reason for municipality needing to enforce permitting. Buildings need to be inspected for structural stability after such a forceful explosion. Can't wave permits because need to supervise that the buildings is built to proper safe standards. Buildings can kill people.
Incidentally 10 months later of Beirut, now Surfside,Florida,USA. Collapses of Champlain Towers, that seems to be lower level design/constructed and miss managed. Could be the non slopped pool deck with planters placed on deck.
