According to DHS... the number is around 700,000. That’s not just from Europe... that’s from everywhere.... including Mexico, Central and South America. The U.S. issues about 50,000,000 million visas a year.
And... In April, Trump emphasized cracking down on those who came into the country legally... but remain here illegally. And he specified people from Europe.
That is not our biggest problem.
I’m not a Trump fan... but I’m not a Trump hater either.
You don’t have to support him... but at least attempt to appear to be fair minded.

Trump is far from being a conservative.
Trump is far right on guns and some tax policy.
He believes in a strong military.... but desires it not be used as the world’s policeman.
He is not conservative on his fiscal policy. He bends to the right on abortion to satisfy his base.
He believes in limited government.... but he hasn’t been far right in implementation.
That is why most ideologue conservatives are as critical of him as they are complimentary.
They just feel a guy who is kind of conservative is better than a socialist.

I didn’t vote for him in 2016. I’m tired of his mouth, his tweets and his affinity for personal conflict.

In 2020 I would vote for him ahead of those currently in the field.

We do have some socialist programs... which are now considered “entitlements.”
Which... is the problem with that model. People begin to abdicate personal responsibility because of a government safety net.
That is why we read stories about Seniors eating cat food. They counted on social security to take care of them ... so they did little or no saving and investing on their own. In their working life... they spent it as fast as it came in. And went into debt. They needed one of them new color TVs or Hi Fi stereos with a reel to reel.
Now... their eating Friskies buffet and asking... “How did this happen?”
