Dreams are born out of your reactive subconscious mind. Once one understands that, dreams make sense. They just show that part of you that has charge in your mind which is causing enturbulation in your life.
And of course Red wine will do that. Alcohol is a depressant.
Dr Oz is good, but he ain't all that.

I think about what I want to dream about for about 10 minutes before bed, then I go to sleep thinking about it. Sometimes it takes a bit to go to sleep but it works like 50% of the time. I am really good at recalling memories in my sleep and interacting in them because I have practiced it for over a decade.
Seriously.
I just have to remember a moment. Something specific and then remember details and I drop into the memory and can walk around in it knowing that I am in a dream.

No wonder I remember almost NONE of my dreams ! I DO ALL OF THESE RELIGIOUSLY especially the red wine thing - I have the super white light bulbs is that as bad as fluorescent ?

I’m either reading my phone or books 90% of the time before I go to sleep ... or my laptop or my iPad or watching tv , I’ll gave to find something else to do before bed

Sleep better and remember your dreams?
That's not my experience.
When I sleep well, I don't remember any dreams.
When I'm not feeling well, or just plain didn't sleep well is when I remember my dreams.
From what I've read, we dream every night.
Sort of like a defrag. of our hard drive.
And no, not the hard drive we dream of on this site.

Use LED bulbs 💡. Your phone ,iPads, and tablets, all have a setting where at night you can reduce the amount of light that comes out that if you keep high stimulate your brain and keeps you awake !

LED bulbs are fluorescent, but that probably doesn't affect you as much as blue light.
