There are so many spots on each level and everybody is competing for them. Either someone jumped your spot moving you down. Or you lost a rating causing you to drop down and cause someone else to jump up. Regardless, you are right on the edge. If you hover your mouse over the spot where it shows your level, all of your attributes are at a one meaning you’ll be at a one again soon.

You didn’t have to go down, someone just below you in rating got a level 5 to rate them, and she jumped over you. Someone has to be the lowest level 1, and someone has to be the highest level 0. Just have a level 5 ( in compliance) rate you, and you will be back to level 1.
