Non-critical question regarding Safety and Highly Safety

A question out of curiosity.

What in the software dictates when someone is placed in the Safety vs. Highly Safety categories within someone's network. I do understand that Safety = 2 Second Rating, Highly Safety = 2 Min Rating.

Just curious because I have more than several ladies that jump back and forth within my network.

Every person ranks the people they've networked in all categories from highest to lowest.
So the highest ranked people have the best chance of receiving a "very safe" rating in safety.

And the higher a person's compliance score is, the more people they rank "very safe".

Pretty sure the "drag-and-drop" does not work on mobile devices, you have to be on a computer.

2 min vs 2 sec doesn’t have anything to with highly safe vs safe.

You can only do highly safe on a laptop or desktop computer. You cannot do it on your mobile.

It’s a simple drag and drop operation.

Yes you gave be on a computer and is a drag and drop operation, remember to save.

It's about 10% so if you have 70 people in your network you can rate 7 people highly.

2 sec ratings cannot be rated highly safe

And it appears if you never do this yourself whoever is the default person at the top will be rated highly by the computer. But I could be wrong about that.
