Try Bad to the Bone BBQ, in San Juan Capistrano.
Definitly a ' Wow' place to eat.
Just a couple miles North of you off the 5 and Ortega.

That place is a dump Try Ricardo’s in San Juan or el patio in capo

Ricardos is amazing. Biggest friggin buritos ever. And bad ass tortilla chips.
Bad to the Bone is good. Not great. It was better 10 years ago. Tri tip Sammy can be excellent. All about the bread.

Olamendis is my favorite Mexican restaurant in SoCal since I find most of the Mexican food in this state sucks

Then you should try Chuchos Chicharones in Seal Beach. It's right on the corner next to that one place.

El Campeon is another. Have fed plenty of parties with their tacos and buritos. Not amazing, but, consistently good and well worth the cost, especially when feeding a shit ton or people.

I told the dishwasher guy " dos mas !" like u said ...i did not go thirsty that's for sure...smh. I have a thing for Mexican dishwashers. ..hehe.oops!
