Gender neutral business situations
Jun 1 2019 05:03PM more by sherkahn

I keep running into more and more of these (business, non sexual) situations where the human being in front of me looks like they could go either way of the male/female classification, but prefer the neutral disclosures for themselves.

I am all for it in the abstract, but actually living it without disrespecting them is tough.

How are you all handling the new normal?

The Taylor Mason character/actor is a good example, and I have a new colleague (whonis no where near as eye catching) also identifying as third gender.

Inthink this situation will continue to expand.

At work, I supervise a person who is gender neutral, who is very sharp and works hard...so all good in my book. Honestly though, the only thing I am unsure about it, is what pronoun to use when referring to the person. What do you all think? What is correct?
