The last time I went to a Hometown Buffet, many years ago, I noticed that everyone there was fat.

Last buffet I went to was at The Mirage a year or two ago and I ate my weight in everything that was available and was absolutely ruined and miserable for the day. I just don't have that metabolism anymore. Not ready to be small plate guy but certainly don't need a buffet either.

recently tried the buffet at aria, very underwhelmed
would have been better off at the carnegie deli at the mirage

OP, perhaps you should travel outside your comfort zone and travel a bit, even if it's just a 25 minute drive.
Plenty of places.

foods decent, but most of the hot dishes are far from hot
