The only two things that will help get your level up are adding folks to your network who have high compliance ratings. A Level 5 overall who has a compliance score of 0 is like fighting Mike Tyson when he has two broken hands. It doesn’t matter. And the other can’t be talked about.

So if a level 5 has a 0 in compliance then how did they level up with low compliance scores? Or is it slightly different for women? Or is it none of my business? Lol If possible can you gentleman please elaborate? I am having similar questions "Peaches619" so i hope it's okay to post this on your thread.

A newbie guy contacted me who was already a Level 1 with only 3 people in his network so you're right it doesn't always make sense!

It's all about mojo. Some have it, some can't spell it.

it may have been my imagination, but rating people back honestly also helps raise your level.

Peaches619. Your out going ratings havent been updated since Apr 2019. Maybe that has an impact on your overall rating
|

There is a system in place called ANA. It checks your incoming vs outgoing ratings. If that ratio gets too far out of whack, it prevents any new ratings from taking place.

Here is a screenshot of someone who is a Level 5 overall with only a zero in compliance so it is possible to do. That happens when one does not understand site TOS and is not conservative with their network ratings.
