California is systematically making it nearly impossible to evict someone.
Ever so slowly, people will not want to be landlords. It can sometimes take up to 5 months to evict a tenant for non-payment of rent. Thus a landlord could be out 5-6 months of rent before being able to get another tenant in the unit.

No one is complaining about homeless women.
We are complaining that our stupid government in CA, specifically in SF would actually allow people who do not own the property to squat on the property and live there and then fighting an eviction notice on the basis that housing is a human right.
So anyone in this state can just squat in anyone's property and the owner has to pay the costs and deal with the time to formally evict them.
So you go out to dinner one night and when you come back, your property has been taken over by a group of homeless people. You don't get to live there for possibly the next 5 months, while you go through the 'eviction' process.
Really, dude, you are a total dumb ass not seeing the craziness in this.

One of the MAJOR problems in California is that almost always renters in this state have more rights than property owners do! Simply occupying the property give you a bunch of rights. You can give somebody who is occupying your property at three day notice to quit, and if they don’t comply takes you almost 3 months to get them out. Or year and a half ago I moved to Colorado, and in that state if you give somebody a three day notice to quit, on the fourth day the marshals come knock on your door and escort you out! Homelessness is a major problem in this state and across the nation!

The fact they are not paying rent and occupying the property is the concern.
California renters laws are crazy. It takes a court order and the sheriff to evict someone and that process can drag on for 5 or 6 months. All the time the owner is getting NO money and the renters could be totally trashing the place.
This is NOT a homeless issue....it is common sense and respect for the property owner. People like worldclass are total morons not to see the issue. The answer is NOT to have every homeless person move into a property and squat.
Guess liberals don't own any property or don't think someone could squat on their property if they left for the weekend.

The Federal Government, Trump Administration, had really very little to do with the homeless situation. Local Law enforcement and State's are too blame for the problem.
20 years ago there were homeless in California. Most living along railroad tracks, river beds or along storm channels, behind shopping centers, urban wilderness areas ,vacant lots..... They lived there without too much of a problem to the community around them. Then Occupy Wall Street movement happened. Now you had people living and taking over parks, city hall and court areas.... Instead of enforcing the already existing no camping laws the local and State governments looked to their attorney's to draft policies to ""Deal" with the situations. The homeless then got their own lawyers who ended being paid by local governments to represent the homeless

20 years ago if I pulled down my pants and took a crap in the middle of park I would have been arrested. Now it is ""okay"" to do that. Fuck the homeless.
The hardest thing to do in life is too get up every morning, got to work, pay your bills, take care of your family and generally live a normal life. It is a lot easier just to give up and live on the streets or free housing and have someone else pay for your existence.
