Yes, great idea Gina. I once had an appointment with this lovely woman in Medellin, Colombia.
When the taxi dropped me at the address she had given me, it was garage so I called her.
She answered and said "turn around". There, across the street was a woman waving the "come here" signal, through the curtains, with her hand.
The rest I'll just leave to your imagination.

If he didn't feel safe going to a mobile home park, then he's entitled to take his own safety into consideration and not go. But he should have at least said he changed his mind about seeing you. Personally, I don't go anywhere unless I know exactly where I have to meet you. I'm not driving to an intersection and then calling for the address just to find out it's shady location.
He stood you up, so live and learn. If guys wrote blogs every they were stood up, we would run out of bandwidth.

This is a very upscale Mobile home Park the rent start at $1,800 and go up for a space and I own my house outright I don't have a problem with if the winds change he doesn't feel comfortable what I have an issue with is he has my parking instruction my exact space number where my house is and he just disappeared no texts no phone call saying hey babe I'm not feeling it or whatever not cool that's what I had a problem with he could have texted me saying I got called back into work or had a car accident (we get a lot of those here in hx lmao)or whatever but to say nothing was why it was creepy

I think the fact that his profile says 22 yrs old would have been first clue...Ages like 19 to 25 are flakes and usually broke..another reason I get their LinkedIn if they are coming to my location. I did have an older country boy get scared off right b4 he came and after he had gotten my address in Raleigh..He got back his nerve and "heuvos" a few weeks later and saw me..it was fantastic!! He is a great guy. I was his first friend online he met do he was just nervous...Surprisingly he saw me after I initially fussed him out and told him he was blacklisted lol..I guess me telling him the week before that I was going to beat his azz if I found him made him excited.

I was sketched out because there were cops at the entrance of the park and the messages leading up to the meeting were weird. I saw two weird signs and wasn’t about to get caught up in anything.

What info did you receive that made you feel comfortable that he was not a crazy person, or the law.
Since he was totally new I would have gotten a few things..
a photo of him? Description of his looks? IN Case you seen some one lurking?
Sometimes a picture of work uniform or them at work to show what kind of job they have. (Example a teacher took a pic of papers needing grading)
Then a selfy of them holding something 4 fingers or a pen.. etc..
Sometimes even a car description?
I had some funny screenings for no networks on and off this site..
They were my creative ways to figure it out.. most wont give a paystub.
With No network and level 0 and Younger guys you can assume they don't have much experience dating/meeting ppl online
So you can kind of expect they don't know what they are doing.
And are a more risk in many areas before they meet u.. during.. and after..
My 2 cents..
Hope to share this for other woman who are in similar situations and find it hard to screen.
I'm new at it.. so.. again.. I'm no master.

Good screen advice. I do LinkedIn in as it helps me to know what kind of gent I am seeing. I get all excited it is a doctor or attorney too.
