Ahhh, my first viewing for this, I went to the Membership/FX points tab and clicked the TOS there.
It is NOT there, but it IS in the linked TOS at bottom of any page.

I guaranfuckingtee the site did that on purpose. How do I know? Because I asked the site that very fucking question two weeks ago when I saw it in TOS. (Yes, I too sometimes read TOS just for the hell of it.) And the site said it was there on purpose. Something about fucking around with telemarketers or something. I really don’t get it. But the site did mention they’ll probably take it down at some point soon.

There is no sensible reason the site would intentionally keep 2 different TOS versions around. Especially if one had random phone numbers and hacker like comments.
Of course if you ask the site " were you hacked?" Not surprised they would say..... errrr NO!! ummmm WE put those there. Yeah yeah that's it, we MEANT to do that...

Log out of HX to go to the main TOS acceptance screen. Look to the lower left. There’s a phone number. 866-572-8802 Google it. It’s a scam collection company.
The sites doing it to fuck with telephone scammers.
