Yes, that's old news that the IRS is going after taxes on the income from Snapchat and Instagram premium accounts. If they send you a 1099 form, better be sure you add it to your tax return.

I sell and purchase on ebay. I learned years ago to never really take the money out, transfer to a bank account, credit card or use the paypal debit master-card at ATM's. I just use the money from sales to buy items I need or want. I buy shoes, boots, fishing gear, metal detecting accessories, truck parts, clothes, vitamins, silver, gold....... I figured that if the money never leaves paypal and ebay I will never harassed by the IRS or FTB. I have sold for about 8 years for a total of approx. $52,000.

Keeping my fingers crossed.
