If you give level 2's the best deal then your level goes up. LOL.
Seriously, it has to do with the number of network ratings you get, higher levels give you a boost, and the 2 min reviews is worth more. I'm sure there is more to it but I think that's the simple version. Hope to see you soon beautiful!

Higher levels with higher compliance scores. To use a boxing reference, overall score is the amount of potential effect a punch has. Compliance is the amount of power that’s actually transmitted. So if you see an overall Level five with a zero compliance, they won’t help you that much. A level five with a five in compliance will help you a lot.
