Well there you have it, a smoking unpublished book manuscript.
I sure hope there's nothing about me in there.
Will that be in Monday's 1pm et senate hearing?
Oh, that's very different.
Never mind.

This blog isn't about bolt ons?

21+ out of 24 hours for first few days and although I havent watched it all yet.. part of original AOI testimony or evidence?
I need to listen to the rest. the unclassified call and the witnesses regarding what was stated as record and what had been conjecture is last I left off.
Is this going back to the house
🤷♀️

Since the Lev Parnas thing didn’t go as planned.... time to line up the next bombshell!
Dude the president is allowed to investigate corruption. Even if you're Democrat.
According to The New York Times, former national security adviser John Bolton wrote in an initial draft of his forthcoming book that Trump told him that critical military aid to Ukraine would remain suspended until the country’s government helped with Trump’s desired investigations targeting former Vice President Joe Biden and other Democrats.
Who is less credible than John Bolton? Probably only Trump.
The truth is obvious. Only the complicit fascists, oligarchs, republicans, and assorted morons will disbelieve the facts.

A draft of a memoir isnt part of the judicial hearings as yet. the call transcript was declassified and yes, it was displayed with redactions.
in the 5 of the calls made regarding Ukraine and to zelensky , it spoke of 2 key issues, share of burden for Ukraine from other nations and corruption.
sondlands witness statements at the judicial hearing were that of him presuming/assuming the security assistance was being withheld in lieu of investigations happening; moreso that he was not told this by Trump. conjecture.
quid pro quo was not the communication had. do the right thing had been what Trump wished zelensky to do when speaking to sondland relating to the investigations into corruption.
the question of the withheld ukraine funds happens approx sept 27th(?) via a first text and became more wiidely spoke about nearing the end of the first week in October.

OMG!!! shit I'm scared... 😟🙏 *** NOT ***
Yeah this is the totally expected Monday morning Liberl smoke bomb that will fizzle out as a dud like Lev Parnas by the time Defense wraps up arguements. If theres an ounce of credibility it would have been part of the case....
Or is this even "newer than new, hot off the press" evidence that will convict and Senators much vote to examine?.... Total Schiff-Show theater like everything else since inauguration.
"Do the right thing"...
Yeah the thing here is go check out what Biden was doing...
And of course ANYONE can write ANYTHING in a book, whether it is true or not...they are NOT under oath and are not cross examined.
Jazz, Speaking of FISA court....
Oh, that's right...I guess you can lie to a FISA judge and get away with it....there is no truth in our country these days.
The NYT as the mortal truth? Maybe?
Sounds like the whole Bolton think is based on anonymous, unverified rumors put out there by unknown source. We should run with that? Right.
Anyone paying attention to that clown shown is just wasting their life.
I just wasted 2 minutes on this post.

Still waiting for Omarosa's N-word video. So frustrating to have a verdict and can't come up with a real crime.
Any relation to the pop singer Michael Bolton?
No relations.
Funny how the actual crime of funneling Government Money to a family members company does come up in the Leftist talking points. We have 5 examples of Joe Biden's relatives doing this shit. These mother fucker made out.
The left really wants John Bolton as an ally. Good luck with that.

All of you know already that if any other President did any of the things Trump has been called out for, they'd be out of office in a hot minute.
Trump wouldn't have lasted this long without Mitch McConnell there to keep the GOP in lock step. Their messaging is on point. They've gotten their base so keyed up and willing to believe anything they say, that they're able to get away with... everything. Stuff that would normally make everyone's hair curl.
But why should I be surprised? The Republican base is made up of people who believe magical, fantastical shit to begin with, so this was really a very easy step to make. At a time when more Americans are worried about whether or not they'll be able to keep their job or their healthcare (that the Republicans are trying to get rid of) they really aren't interested in the latest scandal.
All of you are getting played, and what's worse, is that you're happy being played.
You'd have to be hallucinating to think that only one side is full of shit.
What is it with some people that they think their team is all unicorns and rainbows while the other team is orcs and dragons?
There are some who think both your filthy teams should be benched.

"if any other President did any of the things Trump has been called out for"
What things?
Right on, Delaine. That' why this country is so divided: The Democrats base their decisions on facts Hell, if one of their own crosses the line, they'll be punished, even forced to resign (e.g., Senator Al Franken). The Republicans, on the other hand, will only go after people if they're not Republicans.
TOTAL ASSHOLES.
Steven King was rebuked by other Republicans and stripped of committee asignments.
Ilhan Omar goes untouched by Democrats for her anti semitic antics.
Wait a sec, i thought SOA loved assholes.
They dont call it "getting Adamsed" for nothing!
Is this where I add the LOL & SMH?
Maybe a GTFOH too

Seriously though, you can't find a more glaring example than Nixon being forced to resign the presidency by his own party prior to an impeachment vote.
There are examples on both sides, not nearly as many as there should be though, IMHO.
When will certain posters ever realize that sweeping generalizations are inneffective at persuading others to their side?
Oh shit! Trump is in trouble now.... Adams is against him.
“At a time when more Americans are worried about whether or not they'll be able to keep their job”
You are watching too much MSNBC/CNN. Consumer Confidence is up. Mortgage rates are low and stable, there aren’t enough people to fill entry level positions. The one thing the masses ARE NOT worried about right now is keeping their job.
And nice attempt at spin... but no. People aren’t paying attention to impeachment because they don’t care. They realize it’s political bullshit. Not because they are so fearful they are about to become destitute and can’t focus on anything else.
DISPOSABLE (discretionary) INCOME (DPI) is at a high. That means people are spending money on stupid shit they don’t really need... because they AREN’T worried about getting a paycheck next month. (Dumb Americans)
And HX ladies.... can I get a “Hip Hip Hooray!” For men having a little bit of disposable/discretionary income.
Here is the thing about Bolton. Even people who believe him. The timing... meaning the leak of this “bombshell” statement... doesn’t seem curious that it would come out within hours of his book online pre-sale link being available.
You know what that means.... “we can get 1000s of people to buy the book before anyone actually reads the book.”
By March 17. Impeachment will probably be in the rear view mirror. Who will want to buy a Bolton book then?
I wont buy it... or any other book that comes out of this mess.
The economy is better. Even when AOC was out ranting for Bernie last Saturday night she was going on about the following...
"I dont care about 4% better.. or 5% better economy... we need fundamental policy change... rant rant.. abolish ICE.. rant rant... open borders... rant rant... free health care..."
You cant have a better barometer than AOC acknowledging things are better.
Just maybe now... finally, America is getting a glimpse at Bidens behaviour and it's not all that good.

Not a Trump fan, but the Dems are a gang that can't shoot straight.
Trump is always "about to go down" but that cat has 9 lives!
Swampy all the way around! Trump takes Ivanka to China with him as a staff member, and she gets Chinese trade deals for her private sector enterprises while she is there. Jared gets multiple government jobs for which he is totally unqualified. Trump has government meetings at his own personal golf resorts, and other countries pay him to be there. Pay to play! Trump uses TV to invite Russia and China to investigate his political opponents. And Hunter Biden gets a job in Ukraine for which he is not qualified, except for his last name.
Quick look at their background shows a lot of education and business experience. But I get the look of nepotism, and the enrichment that may be occurring with their holdings.
If you think that my prior post was praising the Democrats, read it again. I know the kneejerk reaction these days is to think that if you're critical of one party then you MUST be supporting the other, but for me that isn't true. I just happen to dislike the Dems a slight bit less than I dislike the GOP.
The economy is working GREAT for the wealthy.... anyone else not so much.
Sure, the reasons people don't care about the impeachment are going to vary... but from my own perspective? People are a lot more worried about getting their bills paid and affording their insulin or whatever other prescription medication that has skyrocketed in price for no reason at all, or having their job downsized and sent to India or Mexico. Plus, people are already aware that he's just going to get away with it again. Everyone already knows he's a corrupt womanizer and nepotist, and his 30% base is still going to vote for him again. Old news is old.
You're not worried about money or the economy? Good. I'm glad to hear it. I hope it stays that way for you. For plenty of other people though, things don't look quite so rosy. Like half the country.
GoBallsDeep, you just proved my point: If you have to go back 45 years to offer an example of when the Republicans penalized one of their own, what does that tell you? It's like when the Republicans try to demonstrate how great they've been about civil rights & have to use Abraham Lincoln freeing the slaves as an example.
I really don't know how much this adds to what is already known.
Bringing in Bolton as a witness would add little to what is already known. It simply isn't worth the cost given that it could lead to a protracted fight for even more witnesses, like acting White House chief of staff Mick Mulvaney and Secretary of State Mike Pompeo -- and potentially end up in the courts.
"Bringing in Bolton as a witness would add little to what is already known"
You have GOT to be kidding Just another "head in the ground Republican?"
It will be like every other bombshell, a dud!
@crane. AOC actually said,"we don't need 3% better, we don't need 10% better, we need fundamental change..."
The White House has the manuscript of Bolton's book but hasn't turned it over to the Senate. Why, whats in it?
^Actually my comment was for @jackrabbit and corroborating what he said. I have no argument with your post.
The Bolton allegations won’t add much of anything. Haven’t others already testified about the White House wanting a quid pro quo? Haven’t Ambassadors Taylor and
Sonderland, and NSC members Alex Vindman and Fiona Hill already testified to what the Bolton allegations basically are saying?
The Bolton allegations aren’t really that big, unless you are a member of the media, a Democrat, or a Trump hater.
