Hmmmm Last I checked, the second amendment didn't mention anything about how many bullets can guns hold. In fact, when the constitution was written, I think guns could fire only one shot at the time. So 3 is an upgrade.
It just says the right of the people to own guns shall not be infringed (if you're a part of a well-regulated militia_but that part always gets left out).

The US has an estimated 393 million guns, a little over 1 million are registered (2017). Somebody please tell me the logistics of finding and confiscating 392 million guns, especially from potentially hostile people?
