Budapest Memorandum signed by 3 major powers guaranteeing Ukrainian borders. One of the signers (Russia) invades 20 years later and the other 2 draw red lines, call Russia names and cry (Obama). Same guy that pulled the nukes from Poland against the vehement disagreement of the NATO allies. Same guy who told Putin to give him some space prior to his reelection so he could give Putin what he wants later (quid pro quo). Same guy that was OK with sending his intelligent services to investigate a presidential candidate based on what The New York Times says was a piece of Russian disinformation (The Steele Report) that was never verified/confirmed. Tell me again, who's Putin's bitch?
