They just released over 100 people from march air force base after 14 days quarantined.
I wonder how many of them will show signs later on???
There is already cases of the virus in irvine as of last month.
There is more in norcal popping up.

So you think people in quarantine for 14 days can still develop Coronavirus. If that’s the case, why even quarantine them?
If they hadn’t developed it in 14 days, they won’t develop it from what they were originally exposed to. They can still get infected by exposure to someone else with it later, of course, but not from the original exposure for which they were quarantined.
