Not unexpected “what abouts,” Crane. But since Trump hand doctored a weather map, do you or don’t you trust him to be honest about the coronavirus? It’s a simple question.

I trust government to do what serves government the best.
They (Republicans and Democrats) spin, twist and repackage information to move the public towards the response/outcome they desire.
They put lipstick on pigs everyday to keep political rivals from using or misusing information against them.
And... the reality is... the general public can’t be trusted to respond to bad new reasonably.
‘Wearing those cheap medical masks will help.”
‘We are out of the cheap medical masks.”
“Oh... don’t worry about it. They don’t help.”
Harpooner... I am sure... if there is bad news... they aren’t telling us until they absolutely have to.

Crane - are you not aware that Trump had somebody use a Sharpie on National Weather Service map to show Hurricane Dorian was threatening Alabama, even though it wasn’t? And then he showed the hand-doctored map at a press conference. See the link. It happened.

It's not that difficult to state that Trump is a narcissist and a liar, same can be said for almost all of them. Trump's certainly more flagrant and flamboyant about it than most. But Schiff, Nadler, McConnel, Pelosi, Comey, McCabe, et al are all proven liars too.
Obama lied a lot too but he was a smooth liar. Doesn't mean I didn't like what they do sometimes.
Obama was known as the "Deporter in Chief" as he booted more than anybody and drone bombed a lot of bad guys. I was fine with that but I'm not hearing progressives talk about it much. Not everything that Trump does is bad though he has his share for sure.
When you paint any of them as pure evil incarnate, that says more about you than them.
