Good advice. Make sure the old and vulnerable (who have health risk, including the obese) are isolated from anyone who may have the virus.
I spoke with an emergency room doctor (at a small family dinner yesterday with strict no-touching rules), who told me the following:
1. If you’re sick with the flu, a cold, or anything else, call your doctor, hospital, or health insurance provider first to ask what to do. Do not go to the hospital without calling them first.
2. Hospitals are slammed with people worried about this.
3. They are turning away people who are sick with the flu (the normal flu or Covid-19, doesn’t matter) because there is nothing they can do for you if your situation is not serious. There is no treatment for the flu so you’ll get over it without medication if what you have (normal flu or Covid-19) is not serious.
4. If your case is serious, call the call your doctor, hospital, or health insurance provider first and ask them what to do. Do not just show up at a clinic or hospital where you can transmit what you have to others there.
Medical resources are already tight, so try to avoid getting sick as much as you can to prevent further taxing the healthcare system.
Most of this is just common sense.

I believe we are watching a movie - its the battle for civilization right now.
Donald Trump and the patriots are in the process of saving the planet from the tyrannical socialist globalists.
Fighting against Trump are the international globalists like those in the EU, the never-Trumpers in the Republican Party and the democrats who have been attacking him from day one because those at the top know that their game was up when he was elected.
They continue to criticize his every move as he tries to do what is right for our country and our citizenry.
Criticizing him for trying to shut down the border.
Criticizing him for his travel bans from suspect places.
Criticizing him from shutting down travel from infected counties out of an abundance of caution.
He fights them tooth and nail to protect us and they still go after him
This is the great awakening right now.

Thanks for staying positive. However I am suppose to be going on a two week vacation soon. So this whole thing has me stressed out. So i guess going to Disney World is out of the question. Much less checking the airline web site for cancellations. At this point maybe it would be better if they do. But what about a refund ?. Maybe it would have been better if the person who tried to break into the house did steal the TV after all, cause that just adds to the stress of being gone. And what about coming back ?
So what is going to happen next flu season, same shit ! Not likely, and why does this always happen on an election year. Who the fuck profits from this down the road. The big pharma companies ? Because everyone is scared to death and will gladly pay for the next generation of flu shots ? Fuck them.
It was my B -day dinner tonight at BJ's, had a good time and that first beer took the edge off. Seating was every other table which was ok, but dam. Rant over... Ugh !

Thank You Gina, But I'm fucked. I didn't get the memo that 2020 was the great Toilet Paper Apocalypse so I borrowed one roll from my family and the were pissed having to share. Seriously, how does a virus who's symptoms are fever and a dry cough mean people are going to shit themselves to death...
