The media not trying put it out there but it seems like many of the recently affected people have recent taken a flight. Not an international flight but any flight. It make sense because when you're in a plane you're in an air tight container where the same air just circulates. If someone coughs or sneezes who has the virus it can just linger in the air around them and other in close can get infected by other people germs.
