Drive through drinks with open bottles? Wonder what MADD has to say about that?

MADD. lol. Just about forgot about that acronym.
No open bottles according to abc. Cocktails need to be placed in a closed container
Kind of feel like the community around those restaurants might go into an uproar over this though

There have been drive-thru daiquiri bars in New Orleans for years,

If the drink is in a "closed" container, no difference than buying a 40 at 7-eleven.
