I get my normal 2-3 hrs a day

8 hours. Although yeah lots of people are loosing sleep. No one method works for everyone. Sometimes I get insomnia myself.
Look up "Sleep Hygiene" Sound advice for everyone is making sure you've got lots of physical exertion to burn off as much stress as possible. Won't lie, it won't always work that's why sites like SleepFoundation.org have lots of advice. I think the CDC has some stuff too.
@Face:. 2-3 hours? Damn you sleep too much. More caffeine drinks!

I think I'm getting more sleep than I have in while.
But I've also been walking more then I usually do.
Walking 2 to 5 miles everyday for 2 weeks , one 15 mile bike ride.
Doing pushups, using dumbbells. But not the kind trump used.
Drinking more water than I normally do.
If allowed, I'll increase this over time.

I have a sleep monitor on my wristband/watch.
I read the results every morning when the watch syncs with an app on my phone.
And lately my sleep has been declining.
But what's interesting to me is that the app also reports how I sleep compared to other people who use the app, and my sleep has remained about the same relative to everybody else even as my sleep has deteriorated. So I too have been wondering if that means people in general have been losing sleep, and wondering how widespread and problematic that is. I'd love to see the data that the app-manufacturers have.
