If not, and that goes for the rest of the country too, likely MANY MORE will die (assuming current epidemiological data is accurate).

If California is an example of people trying to practice social distancing then I expect Trump should consider it a success if only a million Californians die. I get amazed when I go to a grocery store and see a whole family including their small coughing and sniffling rugrats shopping in the store or an older couple shopping together. It would seem to be common sense for just one member of a family to go shopping so that only one member of that family is exposed to other people and the family is exposing everyone else to just one person.
Of course another option to the grocery issue is to have the groceries delivered but there seems to be a problem with that happening in a timely manner.

I believe many businesses need to open soon, otherwise they face extinction.
Life has always had it's risk. Sure it's important to save lives but how many
lives will be destroyed if the economy collapses with thousands of businesses
never reopening and their employees losing their jobs permanently.
If that happens, the most popular activity on HX will be blogging. LOL 
It would be great to hear from the small business community.
