Its simple. The Trump administration should release the unedited transcript of the call. Then everything will be clear. Its not complicated once the unedited transcript is released.

I would think Volker and Giulani should be questioned and their notes, records and recordings of their conversations with Ukrainian officials shortly after Trumps call should be subpoenaed. Supposedly they were dispatched to smooth over things. The question of a quid pro quo for foreign aid is very important.

If there was no quid pro quo in the unedited transcript of the Trump call then the democrats will fail with the impeachment.

he's still defending his client from the russian investigation...dems are still going after the investigation after mueller and rudy is going on the offensive to find proof for his client to combat this

Actually it is out of line, as Rudy has no formal ties or agreements with the State Department, nor is he allowed to soeak for the Federal government. He’s just Trump’s personal lawyer.
In case anyone needs an idea how wrong it is for Guilani to speak (legally) for the President as a rep for the Us Government, let’s say you have multiple delicate medical issues and you get into in a car accident. The ambulance team needs to know from your doctor(s) what medical treatment you can receive that won’t kill you, and they reach your dentist.

Here’s the key to impeaching Trump.
Multiple messages that were supposed to be in the White House server so aides and other agency leaders can turn the wishes of the President into policy were moved to a code-word level server for high-level, top-secret States secrets, and then the information about the move was covered up.
This was done because WH lawyers and the flunkies around the Don deemed the messages too toxic to sit in public, as the POTUS said stuff or made agreements he should not have.
The Ukraine call was just one if MANY.

The recent polls are interesting...
Bill Maher said it right last night. The Impeachment investigation... although it may be warranted is not resonating with the swing voters. They don’t care about a phone call to Ukraine. So the dems are testing “buzz words” to see if any of the resonate. So far... none. Treason, abuse of power, abuse of office, gangster, mafia, etc... they haven’t pinpointed the word that will engage the voters... and after the much hyped collusion probe that ended like a wet fart... they (swing voters) are paying attention for the “entertainment value” more than outrage.
Will be fun to watch this all play out.
I still think Biden is going to end up getting the worst of this. I’m guessing one of the 2nd tier candidates will make hay of the Joe/Hunter Biden thing to knock him down and try to move up.
The Senate will never impeach on the “evidence” that has come out so far... so this is really all Kabuki Theater until they find a real smoking gun.
