Is it wrong to intentionally drop a french fry?

I tried yoga, looks so easy but I was lousy at it, even with a good instructor.

I have lost 18# in the last 7 weeks by going on the 22 hour diet. I only eat dinner between 4-6 pm each day, nothing else and only drink clear liquids, coffee, tea and water. No artificial or sweet drinks to keep the Insulin from activating.
At first hard but after a few days it gets easier. Best diet ever, of course I supplement with a couple hours of gym work 4 times a week. Wish that I can do yoga but with Back Surgery still healing I must pass for a while.

Intermittent fasting works if you can live with it. 22-2 is good. I did 16-8 for several months and it worked well.
Most diet/exercise plans work if you adhere to them.
The key is finding a lifestyle/eating habit that you can live with.

If you just stop eating a high carb, low fat diet you can eat all day and it won’t store as fat. We have been misled about a healthy diet since the 70s. The only fat you need to worry about is trans fat
