Yes they were automatically deleted. They are automatically deleted after a month or sumptin if you do not save them to a folder. Which might explain why I have not met you face-to-face.

I think they must have done the same thing to your photo albums.

They don't automatically delete after a month. I have messages from February in my inbox still
Some of them may be broadcast messages so even though it says you have mail it's not in your inbox and instead in your broadcast folder
Some people can send self destructive mail but idk how that works

Make a folder, move them to folder, keep them.
Folders are forever. Inbox gets purged.

If you scroll down to the very bottom of the page, then look to the right, there is a NEXT button that takes you to the next page. Perhaps your remaining messages are there.
