Masks are very effective at preventing spread of covid virus and containing droplets that spread infection.

He makes no point. Numbers of % containment are made up fiction. Masks don't work like that for a virus. The n95 95 number is a different thing.
But suppose they do. Say a mask is 95% effective. I wear one and you wear one. If I'm contagious my mask stops 95% so 5% passes. And your mask stops 95% of that which is 4.75%
So 2 people wearing masks stops 99.75%
Yeah that is 100% effectively
