Yeah, its been tough -- I just started taking a beach bootcamp class. It doesn't replace the heavy weights so much as just make sure that I get that dedicated time (unglue from my cell phone) that the gym with its shitty reception used to provide. And get a whole-body workout.
I feel like I would not be able to get that separation with a home gym...anyone have success with that?
