I had a feeling but was not sure. And didn't want to accuse anyone.

But never met with LAJake,its too bad,he seemed nice but was very persistent on things I did not want to do

When you go to to issue ratings to someone the entire 1st page is designed to prevent you from rating the incorrect person.
Saying that you mistakenly rated somebody is basically saying that you are too stupid to read. Or you are just lying.
