If you have a breathing condition so bad that you can't cover your face for however long you're in that store, you shouldn't be out right now anyway. Otherwise put on a mask, it's really not that hard.

Other countries are having better results dealing with covid 19 because people are willing to wear masks and there is (better) leadership.

How ironic that an ardent anti-regulatory guy like you would be referring to a regulatory requirement that is the epitome of overregulation. Why don't you contact 3M and ask them whether an individual with half a brain can properly fit an N95 mask. There are a bunch of You Tube videos for dimwits that tell you how to ensure the mask is correctly sealed. And, if you have any concerns about whether you are physically capable of wearing an N95, call your fucking doctor. If the Trump administration was even marginally competent they would have pressured 3M and others through the DPA to produce enough N95 masks so that every American would have an adequate supply. For those whose fine motor skills are lacking, "fitting clinics" could have been set-up to assist. It is a national tragedy that the greatest industrial country on earth couldn't produce enough N95 masks for its population. There is no doubt that widespread use of N95 masks would have saved numerous lives.

I wear my mask anytime I go indoors but mostly i keep my distance
Masks are not proven to be of much use with a virus, distancing is best
Stay out of small confined spaces, outdoors is great...very low risk

Viruses are smaller (20-300 nm diameter) and small sized objects would have an easier time getting through an N95 mask. Still, the N95 versus aerosols smaller than 300 nm was shown to be 85% efficient. Most viruses aren’t by themselves, but are mixed up with things in aerosols and droplets. N95’s therefore should give you adequate protection.
It’s not hard to put one on and check for an adequate seal.

People who have a medical condition that makes it very difficult for them to breathe with a mask on...
should probably be sensible enough to isolate themselves and NOT GO OUT. We're talking the same sort of medical conditions that mean Covid will KILL you instead of just make you sick...
If you've got that kind of condition - do your shopping on the internet and get contactless delivery. Or rely on family members/really good friends to go out there for you.
Going out anyway? You were warned... not gonna shed a tear when you die because you were stupid.

If you follow the science data, 80% of the people dying of Covid-19 are over 65 of age.
10% of those over the age of 55 died from the virus, so only 10% of those under the age
of 55 have died from the virus. Those under the age of 17 have a very low chance of dying
from the virus but local Dem officials do not want children to return to school.
And Dem governors want to continue to keep their states shut down and keep the
young from working.
In the final analysis, you have a 99.4% chance of surviving the virus.
OK, I would agree to wear masks to possibly prevent the spread of the virus,
but we really need to protect senior citizens first and even if you don't
wear a mask, you will mostly likely survive this pandemic.
