I feel like 25 eating good, no cigarets, when I divorced in 2016 I felt like I was 95, then when I started to join HX and met other guys , made me feel younger, I changed my diet, I started to exercise more. Today I don't need any plastic surgery , anything, I love myself , I love my body .
I think you are very beautiful and if you try to change your diet and go to bed around 11 pm an sleep at least 7 hours a day, work out, you will feel amazing , believe me, . there are women who have 23 and they have a body of a 50 years old , and the other way around .

At 119, I'm starting to feel my age a little bit.

OCCityBoy2, you saw me many times, you know me, my goal is not to compete with the younger girls,
I was in a good shape way before I came here to HX, I just increased my workout and improved some of my routines. I think the fact that I spent 8 years with the same person and the rest with another one until 2016 helped me to keep my body in good shape, you know my 2 exes didn't harm my body at all...also I had my 2 kids with a surgery so I keep that part in a good and tight shape as well...
I guess the fact that I came to HX in 2016 but I went back to Florida for 2 years then I came back in 2019 helped me to not harm that very delicate part of my body that look real good and is maybe the same size or better than others .
OCCityBoy2, you know I have a very strict schedule , I have to be in bed before 11 pm and do my morning routines every day no matter what .
The ones who know me , the ones who felt me knows......
I also noticed that when members come and see me they come from a 23, then they go to a 25 then to a 47 then to a 19, so I realized that age is not a obstacle at all, when somebody see me I know they are coming from younger places and that is for some good reason ,
And while I wait for my international flight I will still enjoy this site and enjoy the power of having a good body and a good spirit to meet interesting people,

Gosh, I always have a issues with my age. I always get carded for everything and have even been stopped because they thought I was under age. I am so tired of it but friends have told me that I should view it as a blessing. Even my siblings have the same issues and we have concluded that itโs a family thing.

Try to minimize stress and worrying in your life and you will look younger than your age.

I also have the Dane issue when I walk with my 2 kids , one day a cashier told me , your friends ate really handsome ! I told her , they ate my sons ! My dad always looked so handsome and also my mom. Some people age really good and naturally, I guess no smoking also help (-:
