There's Arch Rock cliff jumping. Great hiking destination too. Also spearfished around the jumpoff area and had 3 baby seals follow me around and kept nibbling on my fins

one of best things living by the beach? when the rest of the world is going thru a HEATWAVE, you won't even notice it. maybe 1 or 2 muggy hot days per year (storms from Mexico)
always good for a 20 degree plus difference with the cloud cover and ocean breezes

about 25 years on the sand and just next to it. (i am talking NB on the sand and HB right next to it...not carolina or mission bay) she moved to NB btw
if you have a home that is not getting the air coming in...you might have an issue.
so far this year in HB...we've had 1 miserable day a few weeks ago with that mex storm, one really hot day yesterday (maybe 98), but at 7 pm the cool breeze was coming in. today was almost hot, but the clouds saved us. about 4 weeks ago we had another hot day where it got to about 84-85 at the beach
there are not many...i keep track of this shit with family and friends coming over on a daily basis in the summer from places 20-25 degrees different.
