if you're a passenger, sit in the front passenger seat. Don't read or look at things inside the car. Keep your eyes directed outside the car and toward the horizon.

They have things called Sea-Bands that touch a pressure point on each wrist that supposedly work.

The road to Mammoth is major highway all the way.
No twists and turns until you get into town and then only on some of the smaller streets

Hey you!!! It's been too long.
I will check out the reviews online.

As was said, the road to Mammoth isn't as crazy with the twists and turns as it is to Big Bear, you only have to worry about altitude sickness (which happens every once in a while.)
IF you do decide to go back to Big Bear or Arrowhead, there are 3 ways to get up to the mountain, take the East route, it's less turns, much easier for those prone to motion sickness

Sprouts had those Candied Ginger pieces, pre covid. Hopeful they will get them back soon.

The drive up to Mammoth is great.
I've gotten very car sick driving in high altitude mountains after drinking, so if you drink alcohol maybe wait until you get up there.
You should be able to glimpse Mount Whitney on the way up; tallest peak in the contiguous 48.

I’ve been to the top. Have fun in mammoth!
