Those are the kind of bully cops that need to be weeded out.
He should go to jail for being drunk on the authority he has from that badge and gun.
The best thing he has to do is make sure someone doesn’t finish their beer at 11:01.

It all starts with the 'regulation' that is not allowing people to consume alcohol after11:00. Another Covid-19 stupid law. Stupid laws always lead to stupid outcomes as they are being enforced.

The cop was an asshole, but he was just enforcing the regulation. If you don't like a regulation, get it changed. Or if an overreaching politician puts in such regulations, vote him or her out.
