I’ve been doing walks from 12-4am to avoid the heat. Hopefully they open gyms up soon so we don’t have to deal with the heat to work out.

I have a Treadmill, elliptical and free weights at home. I workout 5x's a week. Thank goodness, because of the epidemic most gyms have been closed and when I take time off it messes with my motivation. I love to eat good food so it would not end pretty

I walk/march from 12-4 am too!
I wear all black & bring toys like megaphones, homemade shields/weapons, fireworks & firearms to fit in with the rest of the group.
We have fun chants we sing & jump at the chance to assault anyone who disagrees with our rigid ideology.
Great exercise & fun

Exercise is important.
Feels sooo good when you're done & had a good sweat !!
Eating healthy & drinking lots of water is important too IMO.
