Since you have spent down, have you applied for Medical?
A bunch of paperwork to apply for sure, but I have several friends with significant chronic medical conditions whose medical care is paid for by Medical.
Also all cancer is not equal and horrible. Do you have a thorough understanding of it and its prognosis? Ask good questions.
