if you personally had a 100m that could go one way or the other on the IRS chopping block? would you release your taxes to the likes of WPO/NYT, that want to bring you down and cost you money?
those people would figure out a way to donate legal briefings to the IRS, fucking trump and costing him the money

So he filed his taxes got a return and the IRS is auditing him just like they audit many many many Americans. He may have to pay a fine just like many Americans.
What's the problem? Until the IRS has a finding then he doesn't owe. When they do make a finding he will have to make arrangements for payment.

The issue/the risk that Trump has on us is not only he debt he owes to IRS,it is who he borrowed money from. Is that from Russian Oligarchs, or banks in Turkey? As Nancy Pelosi said, Trump is a national security risk because he may do anything to ease his debts by risking our country's securities, and he has been refusing to disclose his tax records.

BUT you said he got a 73m dollar refund? A check was written to him? what does that say about it?...to me it says a few things...none of which you talked about...just trying to gauge your understanding of some basic tax principles

those things happen and refunds CAN go out like that...each year the irs is trying to combat it...w2's with serial numbers and so forth, to help with matching that the money is real...lots of stolen identities and now many of those same people have to file a special return with the IRS(sometimes paper return)
in general...you have to have the money PAID in with estimated payments on current returns or file amended tax returns to carryback losses and get a refund that way...how many years can you go backward? " it kinda blows some holes in him paying taxes"
SO....the key for him to get 73m refund? HE would have to have paid it in with estimated payments or paid the taxes in past years that are available for a potential carryback
he would simply get a letter with some math attached showing his potential refund and the amount of money paid in, to date (carry overs from prev year, plus current year estimates)

The Trump organization made 450 million in profit (or something like that) he off sets the profit with losses from his other investments... but I think it’s fake news... there are only 2 sources the information could have come from... the first is the IRS and I don’t believe they would disclose any persons taxes without a court order. That leave his accounting firm and if they did leak that information someone is going to jail.
The confusing part for me is the times report didn’t really distinguish between his personal taxes and his business taxes. They say he paid only 750 dollars in taxes so they mean personally... what about the business...
But what really bugs me is how you twats go on and on about how Trump is a criminal.... he didn’t defy a congressional order to turn over phones only to destroy them... he didn’t bleach but his computer.... so u idiots can drool and salivate over Trump and his families but you claim fake news when it comes to Clinton or hunter Biden? the 750 could simply be a penalty of not enough money paid it for estimates...they are not saying exactly what it's for. assuming he is running many Scorps and LLCS....would need a big flow chart to complete his taxes...think i saw somewhere he had 500 entities?
