Fuck those swanky hotel bars, drinks are way overpriced surrounded by nothing but a bunch of douchebags who think their shit doesn't stink. Give me a good old dive bar any day. Tubby's in Whitter is my favorite and the food is awesome and reasonable. Can't say that about hotel bars!

Been there done that GBD, but not the M6 in Lompoc. Remember using one of the dresser drawers as a cooler, filled with ice to keep the beers cold  But technically not a bar.

Havent been to the Hyatt in Kowloon, but the Marriott there with a big glass wall overlooking the bay is a great setting

Marriott Tang Plaza Singapore - outdoors with great views of all the Filipino maids parading and an easy walk to the "4 floors of whores" at Orchard Towers.
Hyatt Seoul JJ Mahoney or JJ MeHorny - never failed to score for free.
Amsterdam Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky on Dam square. Outside on the square with great been and people watching.
