i think pence will do very well...they will probably be attacking and defending the top of the ticket...pence will have the easier path(not even sure what the biden plan is) and be extremely methodical with it...covid and all, of which no one knows more than pence on it as the point man

I would wish to see Pence nail her to the wall for some of the ridiculous things she advocated during the primaries.
Her strategy has been just like Biden’s. Stay out of sight. Don’t let anybody question your positions in any depth. Wait for Trump to self destruct.

Yeah so as ISO mentioned, Pence ran the CV task force so he'll have numbers at the ready. Should, but may not, neutralize the Liberal talking points.
Camela will prob stay away from the economy as the jobs report was very good this past week and no MsM outlet touched it. Plus 660k jobs and Unemp rate under 8%, right where Ozero left it in 2016.
Then it's time to get her to commit on the issues:
1. Court packing
2. Senate packing
3. Fudge packing
4. Killing off the electoral college
5. Killing the minority's rights in the Senate ala the Filibuster.
The people have a right to know what they are voting for, and any candidate should be will to say what they stand for or not earn the people's vote.

I’m actually interested in this, as Pence is a competent speaker and Harris is a great debater.
This will be about ideas, not blind ideology.

It is no longer the China virus, but the White House virus. Plus Trump refused to support a stimulus package until after the election when people are suffering more than ever

As I remember it, VP debates are usually about focusing on what the President is doing & how the challenger will do a better job. But good point about blaming Pence for fumbling his role.

Although I do like Spongy and ISOSF and their thoughts... I could judge Trump/Biden more fairly than Pence/Harris. I have had interaction with Ms. Harris over the years... and I don’t like her on a personal, professional and political levels... so I don’t trust myself to be unbiased.
And... that would require me to watch... and like the presidential debate... I bailed after about 20 minutes.
