I have been totally noticing this over the last couple of years. Mail is taking two to three days now even in close proximity. Before it was only one day.
Plan accordingly.

a friend of mine registered, then send check by mail so is still in quarantine, so I tried unlocking mail for her and it didn't seem to work cos when I try to send her a PM it won't work. Other than just wait a week, is there another option to get her up and running, so to speak?
